Next year, sometime between April and June, the iconic Facebook company intends to go public with, what some say, may be one of the largest IPOs that will valuate the company at around $100 Billion; yes, that’s with a B. If so, this IPO will turn out to be the largest public offering valuation of any tech company to date.
Facebook is looking to raise up to $10 billion dollars, the largest amount of money raised by any tech company IPO ever. Furthermore, this offering may raise Facebook total valuation to the targeted $100 Billion. This is a great accomplishment, considering the company started in 2004 only.
People familiar with the situation say that Facebook has been looking into going public for some time now. However, with investors still reeling from Groupon and Linkedin double digits decline after their first days of initial trading, the Facebook team may not go ahead with the offerings any time soon. But all bets are on  early next year.
With over $4 billions in revenue so far, Facebook is most definitely going to attract lots of investors. Let’ s wait and see how this IPO will turn out next year.

No final number on which units will be for rent and which for sale. If The Clarendon Back Bay can serve as a good example, the lower floors will be luxury rentals and the higher floors will feature luxury condos for sale.

Hayward Place is two blocks away from The kinsington, a newly started Luxury Building  in Boston Midtown.
