Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen spectacular new mansion is almost completed. Located in LA’s exclusive Brentwood neighborhood, the new massive residence will boast 22000 square feet of luxurious living space, 8 bedrooms, more than 8 bathrooms, a covered bridge, 6-car garage, well manicured gardens, and an outdoor swimming pool.

It is reported that the couple purchased the 3.75 acre property for more than $11 million, and then started construction of a new super luxurious mansion. The new property will have an estimated value of $20 to $25 millions.

Tom Brady is a savvy real estate  developer. In 2006, he bought the building at 310 Beacon Street in Back Bay, and turned it into 4 luxury condos. After, he sold 3 condos for over $8 million and kept the spectacular Back Bay Penthouse for himself. That same PH is now on the market for a mere $10.5 million.

Boston has its fair share of multi-million dollar luxury condos and residences. The record for the most expensive condo in 2011 was sold in The Back Bay’s Mandarin Oriental for $13,200,000 million.  At the bottom of the list was The Posh Clarendon Back Bay for a mere $4,100,000.  The list of the 12 most expensive condos sold in 2011 includes all luxury condos over $4,000,000. Here is the list:

• The Mandarin Oriental Boston U: W-PH 2, 8000 sqft sold for $13.2 million
• The Mandarin Oriental Boston U: W-12 B,  4922 sqft sold for $12.2 million
• The Intercontinental Boston Waterfront U: 21 K, 4750 sqft sold for $6 million
• The Mandarin Oriental Boston U: W-12 A, 3222 sqft sold for $5.9 million
• The Mandarin Oriental Boston U: W-11-A, 3179 sqft sold for $5.360 million
• 100 Beacon St Residences U: 7, 4140 sqft sold for $5.250 million
• 100 Beacon St Residences U: 6, 4140 sqft sold for $5.050 million
• 10 Rowes Wharf U: PH5, 2719 sqft sold for $4.5 million
• 45 Commonwealth Avenue U: 3, 2883 sqft sold for $4.235 million
• 45 Commonwealth Avenue U: 2, 2854 sqft sold for $4.275 million
• 128 Beacon Street U: D,  4840 sqft sold for $4.2 million
• The Clarendon Back Bay at 400 Stuart St U: 27E, 2508 sqft sold for asking price of $4.1 million.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have finally rented a pad. The couple have moved into a Dallas luxury condo renting for $7500.00 per month.  The new pad is at The W Dallas Luxury Residences in downtown Victory neighborhood. The corner unit features 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, parking, and of course all the amenities and privacy that comes with a W Luxury Residence.

The luxury condo was on the market for sale for over $1.6 million, and it is reportedly owned by the son of the Texas Rangers owner.   It boasts gorgeous views of Dallas and is within a very short walking distance to Lamar’ s job at The American Airlines Center.

131 Newbury St. and 569 Boylston St. have sold for $12 million. The buyer was Mr, Raj Dhanda, a local investor and developer who owns other properties in the area. The seller was Abbey Road Back Bay LLC.
Both buildings are located in the heart of the Back Bay between Clarendon St. and Dartmouth St. The combined sqft is about 13,350.
131 Newbury Street features 6 apartment rentals and 2 retail stores. 569 Boylston Street is comprised of retail spaces only, namely La Dolce Vita Spa and Salon and the new BOLOCO restaurant.
