Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen spectacular new mansion is almost completed. Located in LA’s exclusive Brentwood neighborhood, the new massive residence will boast 22000 square feet of luxurious living space, 8 bedrooms, more than 8 bathrooms, a covered bridge, 6-car garage, well manicured gardens, and an outdoor swimming pool.
It is reported that the couple purchased the 3.75 acre property for more than $11 million, and then started construction of a new super luxurious mansion. The new property will have an estimated value of $20 to $25 millions.
Tom Brady is a savvy real estate developer. In 2006, he bought the building at 310 Beacon Street in Back Bay, and turned it into 4 luxury condos. After, he sold 3 condos for over $8 million and kept the spectacular Back Bay Penthouse for himself. That same PH is now on the market for a mere $10.5 million.

Both buildings are located in the heart of the Back Bay between Clarendon St. and Dartmouth St. The combined sqft is about 13,350.
131 Newbury Street features 6 apartment rentals and 2 retail stores. 569 Boylston Street is comprised of retail spaces only, namely La Dolce Vita Spa and Salon and the new BOLOCO restaurant.
