Hayward Place Luxury Condos and Apartments
Hayward Place Luxury Building is now under construction. Mellennium Partners Boston, the developer of The Ritz Towers Luxury Condos across the street, is behind the project.
Hawyard Place Luxury Apartments and Condos will consist of a brick and glass 15 floor tower. The project will include garage parking, commercial and retail space on the first floors, and Luxury apartments for rent as well as Luxury condos for sale. The $220 million development will include 256 new luxury residences consisting of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom luxury residences for rent or for sale. No final number on which units will be for rent and which for sale. If The Clarendon Back Bay can serve as a good example, the lower floors will be luxury rentals and the higher floors will feature luxury condos for sale.
Hayward Place is two blocks away from The kinsington, a newly started Luxury Building in Boston Midtown.
